Quality Control

Quality on every aspect

Optimal support of our clients requires more than just skills and techniques. Reliability of analytical results is also based on documented evidence of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities, as well as a superior quality system. Upon submission of samples a letter of receipt is issued and send to you, enabling early control of all samples being processed. A unique batch record type of working instructions is developed for principal routine test methods, ensuring standardisation of activities. Strict procedures for review and archiving guarantee that all raw data sets are stored according to client-specific QA-agreements. Approximately 25 external audits per year ensure that our quality system is continuously improved and state-of-the-art.

Flexible approach
Our regular cycle time of 10 working days for delivery of final results is fast compared to most of our clients’ internal procedures, but not always sufficient. In close collaboration with our clients cycle times can be reduced to meet specific demands, ensuring that processes can continue optimally. Although most analytical assignments appear straightforward, practical issues can increase the complexity of analytical procedures very fast. A step by step approach to resolve analytical challenges allows the client to control both progress and costs effectively. We strongly
believe that a flexible attitude towards the client’s demands and building long term relationships is our key to success.
